Great inspection by Will Graff, his report was very detailed!Sewer scope also had a distance marker, not all home inspectors have it. It is useful to know distances if you want a quote from a plumber without having them come out.

Will did great work inspecting our future home and found several defects that we were able to get the seller to repair prior to moving in. His report was very thorough and provided great detail. Will is a very professional house inspector. He is thorough and answered all of our questions. He inspected everything from the crawl space to the roof, and everything in-between. He provided a very descriptive report regarding his findings. Our house is a new build, that was coming to the end of the one year warranty period. Will found some issues with the roof that were remedied by our original roofer. He determined two outdoor faucets were leaking when turned on, and our plumber replaced those faucets. There was one room in our home that was always colder or hotter than other areas of the house. Will determined there was a lack of insulation in part of the ceiling. The insulation company came back and pumped additional insulation in the void. Besides peace of mind, his discovery on missing insulation alone made his house inspection worth the cost!
