If you're looking for a home inspector, you can't do any better than Will from Northbank. I hired Will to inspect a fixer-upper I'm considering buying. It was apparent that he was very knowledgeable and professional when I met him at the house. When he finished the inspection, he explained how he structures his report and then summarized the major issues he found. The final report was incredibly thorough, easy to understand, had photos of the issues he found and included links to web pages with information about the issues. The final report was more than I expected and worth every penny.
